A perfect place to stay in Kyoto

Really comfortable place, in a classic style with kind of a low tea table where to eat, tatami and futon, all essential services, in a strategic position from Kyoto Station and some important temples such as the Fushimi Inari and Kiyomizudera. The owner was very kind and gave us all the help and information needed for our stay. Marvelous!

Really good quality, location and helpful host

Very good location. Perfect when traveling with a baby (ours was 7 months), because of the tatami mats. Baby was able to have tummy time and we didn’t need to worry about baby safety. Big apartment for 3 people, good shower. Host answered really fast and was really helpful. Thank you!

Very Good

Good location, pictures are an accurate representation of the property. The staircase to level 2 is very, very small and steep and quite difficult to maneuver baggage. The host will meet you at the property to get your passport info (which is mandatory in Japan). The futons were incredibly comfy, one of the best sleeps I had through my entire trip. On the ground level, we were able to store our big baggage in a separate space, only accessible to us, which was awesome. Washer is separate to the property but still free, clothing must be dried inside the room which is okay as there is a rail and hangers.

Super duper clean, the owner was extremely nice and accommodating. Then place had everything needed.

It's a little bit away from everything and a bit of a walk from the station but not bad, just a tiny bit inconvenient

Everything is great A clean place with quiet surroundings to relax yourself. The Kitchen has tableware,air-con and a cute little Japanese "KOTATSU" in the room(that really helpful for my freeze feet ????) And the owner is kind, I'm grateful to chose here

Kyoto place worth to stay

The place closed to train station just 550 m. 6 mins walk. 1 stop from Kyoto station with reasonable price. The surrounding is peaceful and safe to walk even night time. There is convenience store, pastry shop, buger near the place. The place is clean, the futon are soft and clean, the tatami floor is clean, feel no dust. There is a pantry. Private bathroom. The owner is very friendly and gentle. recommended.
